At Fiesta Factory Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful home collection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully wrap your dinnerware or home goods in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
